IGNOU offers easier application process for Online BLIS course on its Samarth portal, ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in. For the online application, candidates have to complete their student portal through registration and fill up the form, and upon fee payment, they can enroll within minutes.
The offline method entails submitting the hard copies of the documents and fee payment. After enrollment for both online and offline registration, students will get a confirmation of their email address.
The necessary documents for the application should be scanned and within 200 kb.

- Firstly, visit the official site of admission ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.
- Once on the site, click on the “Click here for new registration” option.
- Provide the information such as the name of the students, their valid mobile number and email address, set the username and password (It will be required for the login), verification code, and tap on the “Register” button to get registered.
- For the login section, under the “Registered User Login” tag enter the required details and click on “Login” to complete the first step.
- In the second step, applicants have to fill out the application form using the required info. After adding the details, upload the scanned papers, and make the payment using net banking, UPI, or credit and debit cards.
